Bolts: what's the correct name? 200 1989

1989 Volvo 240 DL Sedan.

While replacing PS belt and AC belt -- one of the tensioner screws on the front tensioner assembly for the P/S pump broke. Also -- a mystery -- the screw that fastens the rear tensioner arm of the A/C Compressor to the P/S housing is missing.

What's the correct names for these items and where can I purchase replacements? The part of the tensioner screw that broke was at the nut that fastens onto to the smaller screw -- the long skinny screw is fine -- but I'm told the entire assembly comes as one part?
