#4 exhaust valve loosening up #3 120-130

As Rhys says, fix it now before something bad happens to the rest of your bottom end.

When the cam fails, it is the lift part of the lobe that disappears, not the base circle. What is happeing to your engine is the base of the lifter is rapidly disappearing & your lifter will soon have no base & will look like a tube instead. I once had a customer arrive that was running on three cylinders & had a pushrod hanging out of the sump! The lifter had totally failed & the pushrod got punched through the sump. It was amazingly looking, but all the cam metal floating around in the oil destroys just about everything.
