HELP! 960 vent problem

Does it stop giving air when you give it gass? Does it resume giving air when you let off the gass? Then you have the belows that was discribed above gone bad, 4 hr job or do what I did by taking the lines off the double acting belows,(two lines on the part) find which side is not holding vacuum by putting a seperate line on the side you have taken off and then try drawing air thru it.
When you find the side not holding a vacuum the put a rubber cap over that side of the belows and plug the incoming line with say a golf tee.
Note this will hamper your defrost but everything else will be ok.
