Slow and reversed idle speed problem on a k-jet 200 1989

For what it's worth, I've heard that the startup idle is supposed to be 750 RPM. If yours is between 600 and 700 and the car isn't stalling or stumbling, then I wouldn't worry about it (though I haven't read all of the old responses you got before).

When I park after driving a while, my car's idle will alternate between about 1,000 and 1,500 RPMs. It's around 1K when the radiator fan is deactivated, and it goes up to 1.5K when the fan turns on.

However, if I drive the car a short distance and idle again, the idle will stay at the baseline 750 RPMs. If your car isn't having trouble running, then I think there isn't a problem.
