Brake lights sensitivity adjustment? 200

Hello, again...

I just noticed tonight that I have to apply significant pressure to the brake pedal before my brake lights come on. Is there a simple way to adjust this? I'm afraid that it's a safety issue since the brake lights don't illuminate until I have the brake pedal almost all the way down. Braking is okay otherwise.
