Instrument Cluster Wires?? 200 1989

If you have your instrument cluster face down on the workbench, clock to your right and voltage reg to your left. Which wire color goes to the bottom left hand terminal?? The terminal I'm talking about is close to the metal heat sink for the voltage regulator. I put a new cluster in my 89 and I still have no dash light even though I checked the bulbs and I know they are good.

I think I just forgot to connect a wire to that terminal.
