1994 940 Turbo Overheats and Fan does NOT kick on. 900 1994

My 1994 940 Turbo cooling fan is not kicking on.
I know part of it is fed from the sensors on the AC Condensor which does not have a charge in it. I can't belive that this is the only thing that triggers the fan on. There has to be something in the coolant system that triggers it. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this car that shows what goes where.

I have changed the relay out with one that I know is good and I have gotten to change. I really need to know what the relay is looking for as far as a signal to power the fan.

Thanks for any insight guys.
