I purchased an almost new 945SE!! 900 1991

Hi Guys,
I'm pretty new to this board, but I just sold my 1990 745T. For the same price I sold my trusty wagon for, I fell into a deal for a NEW, that is a '91 945SE with an actual 55,000 miles on it!! The only thing I need to do is replace the sunroof rocker switch and the dash speaker buzzes. It drives like I just rolled back the clock to 1995!
Are there any ideas as to what to do about that pesky dash speaker?
