Stuck rings B230--anyone seen? 700

At an oil forum I frequent I see many folks praising the effects of Auto-Rx. One of its benefits is purported to be unsticking ring packs.

My summer consumption of 10W30 is a bit high @ 3/4L over 1500 miles. I was hoping to try the Esso XD-3 0W30 but not if I consume this much (although this is a thicker 30W).

I don't care to remove any varnish etc from engine but cleaning ring packs may be of interest. My compression, taken cold is between 120 and 130.

My question is this: has anyone seen stuck carboned rings upon teardown of a B230?
