Oil blows out of cap (and into air cleaner) High oil pressure? What gives? 140-160

1971 145 B20 Weber carb:

Oil pressure or something is causing oil to blow out of the hole in the cap and is fouling the air cleaner and carb... What causes this other than the breather system being clogged? It seems to be clean. I had this problem on an 850 as well and never found the cause. What could make this happen?

Thanks,

Ben in Seattle
