Replaced rear, passenger window (was smashed)--seems to get caught while going up 200 1988

I just replaced my rear, passenger window (someone smashed it, took my CD player and ipod!!) with a used window.

Everything seemed to go all right, but when I "roll" the window up (they're power windows), the metal window holder attached to the regulator strains and binds--as if something's in the way.

The window will go up perfectly if I pull upward on the top, right (from outside of car) part of the window glass while rolling it up.

I thought maybe there was still some safety glass crunchies left in the window binding, but I'm pretty sure it's all clear.

I'm going to try lubricating everything.

One thing is that the window base/metal holder thing--when the window is rolled all the way up--isn't perfectly level; it is raised a bit on the right side (from inside car). I guess that's probably the problem--but how to fix?

TIA,
mac
