97 960 purchase advice sought

Thanks for your advice. The wrinkles you speak of: are they on the interior upper panels? Would this be something that would be peculiar to very hot climates, such as the southern US? We are in the BC interior, and I wonder if it would be a problem here. The dealer says he has never heard of that particualr issue before.
The gas mileage sounds much the same as in my 92 6304 engine, and I love the power of that one too.
The car on the lot has been there a while, because, according to the salesman, "no one wants RWD drive any longer". Sounds like a caution to me.
Next T belt change is due in 20,000km (12,000 miles) Surely the dealer should do that free if my girl is thinking of buying the vehicle, as well as conduction a complete major service.
