Honestly, what is this car worth 200 1985

i have a project 85 turbo that i've been working on and trying to sell at the same time. i'm in it about $485, with the parts and buying it an picking it up. i haven't had the time like i planned on having to work on it, and my wife is getting mad that it's taking up the driveway space. long story short, it has to go. when i bought it, it needed a timing belt, which i replaced, and then it ran great. i drove it for a week or two, and then electrical short made it not start. upon inspection, i found that it needed a new wiring harness, which a member of this webpage has told me that he could sell to me. without the harness installed, and without it running, what would a reasonable price be for this car? i was thinking about selling it for like $400 in the condition its in, and then pass on the contact for the harness to the new owner. does that sound like a fair price?
