What works with what 140-160 1971

Hello,
I am trying to buy a set of lowering springs and A arm bushings(uppper and lower)from V-Performance are the bushings the same in the 140 A arms as the 160? can a set of lowered rear springs from a 140 work on my 71 160? How about a HD clutch made for a 8bolt B20 on my 8bolt B30?
