97 960 purchase advice sought

Yup, it has wrinkles. The dealer sent some pictures and the wrinkles are evident at each end of the upper arm supports. Are they likely to spread across the entire length of the arm supports or do they stay localized in those areas? Sure is a beautiful car; makes me think I should be trading in my 92. If I knew how to post pictures I would post them.
As to running snow tires, we normally run good all season on the front, with Nokian snows on the rear, and a couple of sand bags in the trunk. Works on our 760, 240, 740T and 960. If it gets TOOO bad, we stay home, but its never got that bad.
If she buys the car, I will spring for the tensioner and idle pulleys and the T belt, seeing as they have offered to do the major 96000km Volvo service.
I am in the process of replacing the head on our 960 after the belt failed prematurely (only 35000km, but 5 years), bending all 24 valves. So, I know the pain, and would want her to avoid it.
