Power Steering Noise/vibration 900

Hello Brickboarders,

I have a '96 Volvo 940 Wagon with B230 FK. Recently I have flushed the power steering unit and replaced the fluid. The old fluid was pretty dirty. Since then, every now and then when turning in a parking lot the pump or rack produces a funny groaning noise, while the steering wheel vibrates at the same time. The seals and O-rings are not leaking and I am not loosing any fluid. I am pretty sure that there's no air in the system. The drive belt is new and tight. This is an intermittent problem which makes it more interesting. Does anyone have an idea?? Your reactions are much appreciated !!
