Rear-end noise 200

Any advice about a rear-end noise in my 1982 245? I've replace the wheel bearings so I believe the remaining noise is coming from the pinion bearing and/or the works of the differential. I'd be happy to swap out a low-mileage rear end for mine if I could find one. Short of that, I'm wondering if I could replace the parts in the rear end that are worn out.
