no turn signals, power windows and ac blows cold all at once. 700 1985

I have a 85 volvo 740 and the turn signals, power windows and now the ac blows warm all of a sudden. the blower motor is blowing, it seems the compressor is not coming on. I checked the fuse to the power windows and it was blown, I replaced it and now it still doesn't work. It sounds like I have a had a short. Where do I begin to look? Is their also a fuse to the turn signals and
the ac, maybe a compressor fuse.
