Hot fuse holder 200

Weird thing happened yesterday. Noticed a slight smell while driving home. When I came home I wanted to change a fuse (other story) and because it was dark I counted the fuses from the top with my finger. I now have a burn mark on my finger after counting number four fuse (DRLs).
Looking at it this burning the otherwise brass coloured fuse holder is gray at the fuse end from the extreme heat. I tried turning on the DRLs and the holder starts getting hot after 10-15 seconds.

What can cause this and how do I fix it? I've removed the fuse for now.

Cheers
Henrik Morsing
