Can not get injector control from ECU 780 B280 V6 700 1988

I have a 1988 780 Bertone coupe that I have pulled out of storage. It had a bent rod and has sat for several years. Car is in excellent shape, so I put in a new engine, new transmission. New fuel pumps, new relays, know good injectors, and I have three working ECUs. I get 12 volts to the injectors and can start the car by pulsing the injector wires to ground (through spare ECU only). I don't have a scope, but know that I am not getting the pulse from the ECU.

I have located the EZK and the Motronic unit and have removed the connector housings so I can probe each pin.

I have verified that the ECU and my other spare ECU behave the same at each pin with power on and with power off. I always remove the battery positive cable when and maintain a good ground on the ECUs when I change them out.

I have omhmed out the RPM sensor and looked closely at the other sensors and all seems fine. Under the dash all the harness wires look great and there is no evidence of corrosion or malpractice with other add ons. The radio is OEM. The only addition and possibly what is the problem is that the original theft prevention module was replaced with an after market box. I have removed both the original box and the after market and beleive that all they do/did was disable the starter. Starter engages fine. I also have ohmed out and then replaced the transmission shift switch so the started works as long as it is in park or neutral.

I have been at this WAY too long and have played stump the mechanic at our local Volvo dealership (no charge since they could not find the problem, nice, but scary....)

If anybody has ideas, or the interest in looking at the voltage readings I ahve gathered, let me know. This is to become my daughters car and she can get her license any day. I am loosing face with my teenager....
