Info request, Volvo B20 camshaft. 'S' cam?

Picked up a used camshaft, (I know, I know) and lifters for a B20 engine, purportedly out of a 1974 145.. Cheap, showing no wear. There was no designation showing on the cam except the number #1000267. Previous owner couldn't originally identify and now says he has cam identified as a Volvo race model "S" cam, good between 4-7k rpms. Anyone ever heard of such a thing? If so, what are the specs? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
