Turbobricks vs. The Brickboard Logo

Don't know why some last and some don't, too many variables. Manufacturing variances, the type ,quality and change intervals of oil ( probably a big one), quality of fuel and fuel system maintain ace and on and on. Some of the worst condition motors I have ever seen have been low mileage ones that had been babied, full of sludge with spun bearings. You do have to go out and run the crap out of them now and then, do a good old fashioned 'Italian Tune-up'. I do know that getting to the last big ride, and having as much fun as possible in the meantime, is what really matters! While you are here, have fun. I freely admit , being the strange one that I am, that while driving( and have owned) Austin Sprites or MB 190's with a neck snapping 50 horses or so , I will have a blast. Those na 116 horses are adequate for me most of the time. I will also admit to finding it interesting ride sharing to work with a guy that drove his 429 Shelby Mustang GT occasionally. Very interesting. I will also admit to be actively looking for a rwd turbo wagon in good shape. That way my wife or daughter will drive a Volvo ( now driving Toyota's, ugh) without constantly complaining about it being too f#%@ing slow, and comparing it's performance to a common barnyard animal.------------------------
