89' 240 DL Fuel Problem? 200

She starts up and runs AOK, but if you go full throtle, it seems to not bet getting gas (or as much as it needs) It revs, then drops, revs, then drops, revs then drops, and so on. The fuel filter has already been replaced, and my buddy was telling me about the fuel pump in the tank, and i should try and change it out too.

Anyone have any advice on it?
