Vacuum leak? 120-130

When the exhaust system was attached to my rebuilt B20, the old gasket was reused between manifold and head.

When I start the car, it runs extremely rough when cold, with uneven idle. Things get much smoother once car warms up. If there was a vacuum leak, would the uneven idle continue when the engine warmed up?

I know how to check for vacuum leaks, just not able to at moment since Weber is off the engine while I wait for spare part to arrive. I was having some tuning issues with the carb on the new engine, so I'm not sure if the messy idle/ rough running while engine warms up is due to the carb or a vacuum leak.
