Radiator fan 444-544

What problems are you trying to solve wi th the fan?

The ONLY problem that fan might solve (if it fit, that is) is overheating when sitting still or in VERY slow stop and go traffic. If it overheats when driven hard and fast, or even moving around at all (say over 15 - 20 mph) then the fan won't affect the real problem.

When the car is moving around the air gets moved through the radiator by the air hitting the grille, and the cooling is limited by coolant flow (unless the air passages are clogged with bugs and gunk, in which case a fan still won't help). Which means thermostat, clogged radiator, bulging, pinched hoses, etc.
