Flushing brake system... S90-V90 1997

The service records I have from PO show "Service as per Volvo requirements" or similar words, and each service done. The PO was pretty good about it.

Trouble is, I don't know what is inside that "...Volvo requirements" phrase. I would expect that the tranny, brakes, and cooling systems were all flushed on schedule. The dealer is in Nashville, TN. He provided 16 pages of records.

THANKS to you guys for the info. I feel much more confident about the job.

Any idea if PBR pads would be an improvement? I have them on my 1988 244GL, which was daily driver for wife.sig in the pre-965 days. They took some break-in time, as I did not have the rotors turned. Now they work very well, and make very little dust.

Thanks again,

Bob
