Master cylinder/ booster noise? 200 1992

Hi all,

I just noticed something. When I press the brake pedal when the engine is of, so it firms up after 2-3 presses, I hear a sound (a faint and muted 'tss') coming from the MC or booster when applying pressure on the (firm) pedal.
Is this just the cylinder coping with the pressure or am I in trouble?
My brakes are fine, there are no leaks and they stop the car on a dime. So in fact I'm being a bit paranoid (but hey that's me)
Just to be safe I already bled the system.

Any thoughts?

TIA,

Dietbrand Vandenberghe
