Gas Tank Rust 1800

Just like about everyone else, I have a rusty gas tank on my '66. I cleaned it out and coated it inside several years ago but didn't do a good job with the coating. I need to clean all the loose rust out of it before using one of Bill Hirsch's products in it. Pressure washing and high pressure air get alot but with the baffles in there it's hard to get it all. I thought about some kind of rust dissolver to be rinsed out but I don't know what to use. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
