How I fill the tank of my Duett 444-544

I have only the experience with my own 210 but maybe this applies to the cars of others as well. Filling the gas tank has always been a challange, extreemly slow with the fill nozzle shutting itself off all the time. I guess because the fill tube is so low and the turbulance of the entering gas backs up the flow and shuts off the nozzle. Anyway the problem solved by going to Lowes and buying a piece of their vinyl tube 1.25" OD 1" ID. 12" long works just fine. Now there seems to be laminar flow through the vinyl tube and good venting back out the balance of the filler tube. I can now fill the tank at full speed
I haven't left the tube in all the time yet, but have been testing a small piece in a cup of gas for several days now. A bit discolored but not dissolving or softening.
