FPR or Fuel Pump or ??? 700 1986

I'm working on a 86 744T- M46 for a friends Mom. She needs the car to get to work. This car has like 300K + miles. It died in traffic. Car has had a recent tune up- plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, flame trap- The problem seems to be related to the fuel system.

Starts up and idles fine. Smells a bit rich.
If you rev the engine it run poor and then dies sometimes.
When you let the clutch out, it dies.
I checked the AMM, seems to be ok- 3.1 ohms across the terminals, and 203ohm idle setting

I pulled the vaccum line off the FPR and it died. Did not have fuel leaking out of the port.

So How can I check the fuel pressure as I suspect the pump is making enough pressure to run, but thats it.

Or how can I check the FPR more?

What else? IAC? Throttle body?

Any ideas are very welcome!!!
