Oil pressure question for the experts 900 1995

Got a question that has been bogging me. Probably it is fine, but I am curios about any comments. The engine is a red block B230. There is 4 hollow screws with a spring valve inside in the crankcase that feed oil to the piston rods high end and oil piston ring. This valves open and squirt oil up to the pistons at 25psi, but oil pressure at idle speed can go as low as 15psi. theoretically the valves will no be open at this pressure. And the question is: What is going on at idle speed with no oil for piston rods high end and oil piston ring?
