B20E Head height 140-160

Can anyone tell me what the minimum safe height might be on a B20E head (with respect to valve-to-piston clearance) using a stock "D" cam and 0.030 head gasket? I had to have the head on my ITB race engine resurfaced, and I want to make sure I'm not in parts-kissing territory. The block has been zero-decked, by the way... pistons are AT block deck height, NOT below. My preliminary measurements (I'm taking it back to the machine shop for a 2nd opinion) show the head is currently 0.050"/.3mm below the stock height of 3.33"/84.8mm.

On a separate but related subject... any educated guesses as to what compression ratio would result from the above numbers? Combustion chambers are unmodified, bore is .030" over.

Thanks in advance.
