Proper R-12 low-side pressure 700 1991

I've read conflicting info on this subject. What is the proper low-side R-12 pressure in PSI for a 1991 740 when the compressor is RUNNING? At what RPM's should I take this pressure (at regular idle or at 1500 or 2000 RPM's?). Your help is much appreciated! Thanks!
