HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! 200

Besides the points others have mentioned, missing could be due to inadequate fuel delivery: is your intank pump working? Listen at open filler while engine is running. If the missing/loud main pump is only when fuel is under a half tank, suspect rotten hose at intank pump. Did you check the wiring to the intank pump?. On my '81, I had inadequate fuel delivery to the main pump, cured with an upgrade to the intank pump. You can check fuel delivery by disconnecting intake hose at main pump and running JUST the intank pump (use appropriate precautions!). Check the fuel delivery at the engine by disconnecting the return hose, you should get about a quart of fuel in 30 sec., as I recall (again with appropriate precautions!). Hope that helps ....
