still struggling with the 84,i've replaced AMM,ECU and air control valve,the engine still roars 200

any ideas?the junk yard donor had the same colored wires connected to the air control valve as i do.....help?it seems the air control valve is staying open,but why?if I plug the hose it idles at normal speed...does anyone have a comprehensive wiring diagram of this engine...thanks- as always,kris ...p.s. i just put a "new"wiring harness in...
