por-15

have any of you brickheads used por-15 products? in particular the patch kit...? I have moderate rust holes in my drivers and pasengers door sills and i was considering simply cutting them out with a cut off wheel and using some pop rivits and eurothane based seam sealer to make a repair....I did a simlimar repair to my rockers to get it through inspection and although unsighly...seems to be holding up pretty well. but a co-worker recomended por-patch as an alternative. It is expensive, and I am not sure about how well it will smooth out as to allow the door to close and open smoothly. anythoughts..?? my car is a lovely shade of battleship grey and the galvanized sheet metal really doesn't stick out that badly when one is looking in a cursory fashion....plus i don't think the old girl draws stares like she used to...well wished she could at least.
