Front end sag, interior light and other issues 900 1993

I recently purchased an apparently well maintained 1993 945 Turbo, though I probably overpaid. There are a few issues with which I was hoping someone might be able to assist:

- a front end that is visibly lower on the driver's side than the passenger side - any ideas on causes and how to remedy

- there is some creaking/squeeking from what sounds like the front end when I go over speed bumps or the like

- the large interior dome light does not turn off when the doors close (I've tried both "on" settings of the switch) - how to fix

- a/c that is not that cold when idling even after though I had it evacuated and recharged which significantly reduced the cycling and did slightly improve the coldness(had a tracer dye added)- any suggestions on improving the idle cooling

Thanks in advance!

(great informative site)
