940 SE A/C loss under acceleration 900 1991

I have seen lots of posts and read the FAQa regarding vaccum loss in the A/C lines. I think I have found the problem on my '91 940SE (thanks to all the folks who worked on the A/C FAQ!!) - the black and white vacuum check valve on top of the intake manifold seems to have a leak. When I take the lines off, I am able to blow through the valve in both directions.

My question now is, what is the best source for a replacement check valve, and does anyone know the part number?

Thanks for any help!
