As mentioned a Weber 32/36 DGV or DGAV is the proper conversion for the B18/B20B engine. I think the samller 34 mm secondary will be considerably less top end performance than your current SU's. Also note that this Weber is a more modern version of the 32/36 DGAV ('A' means water choked) and will have superior cold starting compared to the SU's or even a 32/36 DGV. You will need to break into the head coolant lines and route through the intake manifold.
You could try it, it may get very good mileage in trade for performance.
