source for trailing arm bushing tool parts, in Canada? 200 1988

I'm trying to locate a source for the threaded coupling and end caps to build the homebrew trailing arm bushing tool.

However, I've had no luck in locating these parts in the Toronto area. Places I've checked include Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire, Plumbing Mart, as well as specialized electrical and plumbing supply places.

Are these items a USA-only commodity? Will I have to resort to buying the tool from IPD or (shudder) dragging my currently-not-installed axle to the dealer??
