Aha! (maybe) 200 1988

I checked all the wiring out and couldn't find anything that looked bad. I cleaned everything up anyway but still no go. I have fuel coming into the rail and spark on all four cylinders but it still won't start. I always thought that if you had fuel and spark it should run but I guess this little beast is different.

Is there a way to bypass the AMM just to see if it's the problem? I can smell gas at the tailpipe which makes me think it's getting fuel to the cylinders but then why won't it start? This is driving me nuts. I haven't tried removing the injectors yet - is that a big deal?
