Is it possible to put Turbo onto B21F Non turbo? 200 1981

I saw a complete 242TI turbo setup for sale and was wondering if is it possible to put turbocharger setup onto a 1981 B21F Non turbo? Obviously I will have to keep the pressure way down to keep from blowing a head gasket. Will a turbo exhaust manifold fit onto the B21F head? Could this work on a late model B230 motor? Would this be a waste of time and money?
