Flame Trap 200

i disagree with your loose use of the term "obligation" this is not law or medicine....and the fact is that you do not know that the mechanic did not advise that the falme trap should have been serviced and that the client refused...maybe if you said..."wouldn't a service of the flame trap have been proper at that time?" i would agree...but then again the flame trap should be checked at every oil change or thereabouts...
