HELP MY BRAKES ARE F-ED ! 200 1985

my front brake pads were in need of replacement so i started going about it, but one of the pistons seems to be stuck, and now i have the little rubber boot retailing ring popped off (trying to WD-40 it) and cant get it back on) Im in desperate need of some advice here as this is my first time doing my own brakes, thank you
