Does Amazon rims fit a 144/164? 140-160 1971

A friend has 6" widened Amazon rims for sale. He is far away from me, so I can't check if it will fit my car and I can't find the spec for my rims. Does anyone know if it will fit? The bolt pattern is 5x104, and the offset 24mm. Can take up to 205x60x15 tyres, he used it with 195x60x15. At the moment I've got 165x15... Would be nice with something wider.
