ok turbo is off now what 900

ok i have taken off my turbo its a mit.unit it has oil all over it and tuns of oil in the hoses and in the housing.the turbine still turns freely and does not seam to be lose.is there an easy rebuild from here,my car needs to get back on the road it loves to go.before i parked it she was blowing oil out the the tail pipe when i would come to a stop and take off but would not smoke when i was driving.but had no power and was burnning a lot of gas. please help me out.P.S its a 91 940
