recharge of A/C? help honey? 200

Hey yall,

My dad wants to recharge the A/C in my 87 / 240. Hes gonna use somethingy called Freeze 12 to replace the r-12. Ok well, where exactly are the valves to which to hook the recharge cans? The manual is useless in this regard. As I understand it there is a low side and a high side. WHERE ARE THEY? ;^) thanks yall.
