battery draining 200

82 240 gl. something is staying on after i turn off the car maybe 3 or 4 days after not driving it the battery goes completly dead even after i put a brand new battery in. sometimes i here a buzzing sound coming from the engine area when i cut it off. what is that buzzing coming from and what wlse could be causing the battery to drain? all the lights and everything else is off when i turn off the car
