Sunroof Play 700

Had to change out the sunroof pan on my 744 this weekend...all in all it went pretty good. Problem is I'm now getting some play with the sunroof when it's shut. You can push it up or down maybe 1 to 2mm. Is this normal? I can't really remember...the car has sat in the garage for the past 2 to 3 years waiting for a new pan.

When it's pushed all the way up, the seal is good. When it's pushed all the way down, the seal is bad. Kinda hard to adjust it with the play present. No noticeable problems with the tracks, arms, other components. Anyone have any ideas?
