On a 1989 760 T where are the Fan and Radio suppression relay located? 700

Are they the 2 little black looking boxes on the driver side under the hood. They look exactly identical and are next to one another near the fuel diagnostic tool? Can I swap them out to test if the failure for my car to start is caused by the radio supression relay? I am also going to try the fuel pump relay but it has not arrived yet so in the meantime thought I would try this.

I was driving and the car just died. Luckily I had enough velocity to get off the road. This has happened like 3 times to me now and finally the car just will not start. It cranks but will not start.

Also I do not hear the telltale buzz I usuallyhear when I just turn the key w/o trying to turn the engine over.
